Your first visit to the Chiropractor will include a full history and spinal examination followed by an explanation of the findings. If you've brought in any past medical reports or imaging, we will also go through the findings with you and explain what they mean for you in terms of our treatments.

Treatment will consist of a combination of manual adjustments, physical therapy modalities, and soft tissue work as deemed necessary by your practitioner.

Before you leave, we will discuss your treatment plan in terms of timeline, frequency, and expected progression.

All care plans will include regular re-evaluations to update your specific plan.
